Arctic Circular Oct 82

A copy of the Arctic Circular for Oct 1982 is reproduced below. The production quality was not fantastic but I think most of the contents are readable. I'm always on the lookout for different copies of the station magazines so, if anyone can help out, I would be pleased to hear from them.
